Jacob Harrison, MBA 

(but you can call me Jake) is the founder & president of All In Motion. Originally from Williamsport, PA. Jake served in Iraq and Afghanistan in combat. He has worked with Navy Seal Teams and other military branches of the US government. Jake has also served in the Army National Guard for 13 years. During that time Jake owned his own seafood business in Williamsport, PA. Jake attended Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA and gained his bachelors in business administration with a focus in marketing. After completing his Undergraduate Degree he moved to D.C, Md & Va. For the past 11 years Jake has worked as a Government Contractor for several different Federal Agencies. His MBA was completed at Webster University. "I've met some amazing people the past 30 years. Through these relationships, I've developed a passion for helping others. I want to share the values I've gained from the network I've built and continue to maintain."

-Participated in the choir from grade school all the way up to my Undergrad at Bloomsburg. 

-Been to 11 different islands in the US and around the world. 

MALYSSA JACKSON

Malyssa is a host & co-host on All In Motion. She is originally from Alexandria VA. She now lives in Miami FL. Malyssa is no stranger to AIM. She has brought us three powerful episodes!

 Malyssa is a wellness and movement enthusiast well versed in yoga, mixed martial arts and dance. Malyssa's passionate about teaching people the connection between the bodies movement, the mind’s thoughts, and the spirituality of energy and breath.

Inspired to change the world by motivating people to fall in love with themselves and create the life of their dreams through harnessing the power of  mindset and manifestation. 

Malyssa holds multiple certifications in personal training, yoga, massage therapy, group training, and health/life coaching. 

Up to this point Malyssa has worked with professional and amateur athletes, people in government, successful business owners, moms, and everyone else in between.  The goal is to help everyone achieve their highest potential by tapping into their body and minds relationship with spirit.

She is currently offering weekly online workshops, private sessions, group sessions and public speaking engagements. 

If we can let go of who we believe that we are “supposed to be” then we can become who we are meant to be.

David Fernandez A.K.A. ScarCity, ScarCity is a  partner & host on All In Motion. He is originally from Harlem NYC. Not only did he grow up all over NYC. He was introduced at a very young age to music. He devotes his time not only for his passion to music but also to his two beautiful daughters and wife! He now lives with his family in Tampa FL. He has worked for national and international corporations, with a focus on deep security in global technology enterprise, infrastructure, and technology risk management, for twenty years. David is thrilled to officially launch Bastion Cyber. Bastion Cyber is a Cyber Security company that seeks to provide the most reliable security services available to companies today. Since he was in his 20s, David has devoted himself to honoring his childhood days as a beneficiary of charitable organizations. While starting in tech security at Merrill Lynch back in the mid-90s he began volunteering with the Supportive Children’s Advocacy Network, teaching a technology class to inner-city children, and began his work as a Big Brother, which he continues to this day. David has volunteered at Children’s Village and many other nonprofit organizations. Concurrent with his work at Bastion Cyber, David is establishing a nonprofit organization of his own, to expand the scope of his current “study group,” InfoSec 360. Since 2016, David has been teaching this class free-of-charge to young students interested in network security, ethical hacking, methodologies, theories, security awareness, server OS,  and protecting the “360 degrees of your environment.” The class is open to all-comers, and is overwhelmingly attended by young people from New York, looking for direction, just like he once was. Bastion Cyber seeks to work with nonprofits as well, to increase the cyber security of the organizations doing the most for those in need. David is very excited to be apart of the All In Motion Team!
